Jamie Bolden is a Managing Director in the European Restructuring and Special Situations Group at PJT Partners, based in London.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Bolden spent ten years at Gleacher Shacklock, most recently as Managing Director in the Restructuring and Debt Advisory group. Previously, Mr. Bolden spent eight years at KPMG, first qualifying as a Chartered Accountant before joining the corporate finance group. Mr. Bolden has advised companies, shareholders and creditors in debt restructuring, debt amendment, refinancing and fundraising situations.
Mr. Bolden graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Economics.
