Adrienne Monley is a Managing Director at PJT Camberview, based in New York.
Ms. Monley has more than fifteen years of corporate governance, investment stewardship and asset management industry experience. She advises clients on strategies to build long term investor support, with a focus on investor engagement, board governance and ESG.
Before joining PJT Camberview, Ms. Monley held several leadership roles at Vanguard, most recently as the head of the firm’s Investment Stewardship group for the Americas, overseeing issuer engagement, research, and proxy voting for the more than 4,500 companies and $2T of equity index investment in the region. She had previously served as head of global Investment Stewardship policy and as the first-ever head of Investment Stewardship for Europe, where she founded Vanguard’s London-based practice. During her tenure, she drove the expansion of Vanguard’s global stewardship capabilities, expanded its ESG voting policies, and served as an executive spokesperson on stewardship and corporate governance matters.
Ms. Monley formerly served as Chief of Staff to Vanguard’s board of directors and global general counsel, and previously worked in the Rewards, Talent and Communication consulting practice of Towers Watson.
She holds a BA in English and Communications from the University of Rochester and an MBA with a concentration in Investments and Global Business from the Simmons School of Management.
