Christoph Seidel is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.
Mr. Seidel joined PJT Partners in May 2019 from J.P. Morgan, where he was Head of M&A and Corporate Finance for Germany and Austria. Prior to PJT Partners, Mr. Seidel spent more than 17 years at J.P. Morgan mainly focusing on M&A, both in London (EMEA TMT) as well as in Frankfurt (German M&A). At J.P. Morgan, he also spent 2 years at One Equity Partners, the private equity business of J.P. Morgan at that time. During his career Mr. Seidel has gained deep expertise in the DACH region advising large corporate, private equity as well Mittelstands-companies across sectors but mostly in TMT and industrials. He developed a particular expertise in public M&A in Germany/DACH.
Mr.Seidel received his Masters degree (‘Diplom-Kaufmann’) in Business Administration from Handelshochschule Leipzig (‘HHL’) in 2001.
