Ehab Elmaghrabi is a Managing Director and Chief Audit Executive of PJT Partners, based in New York.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Elmaghrabi was a Managing Director and the Global Risk Officer for Morgan Stanley’s Investment Bank and Global Capital Markets Divisions (IBD).
During his career at Morgan Stanley, he created the IBD risk management function and served as a member of various Morgan Stanley committees responsible for risk oversight, including cyber and information security, franchise risk, and operational risk. Previously, Mr. Elmaghrabi was the Global Head of Internal Audit for Morgan Stanley’s IBD and Sales & Trading businesses. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Elmaghrabi was a manager with KPMG in the firm’s financial services practice.
Mr. Elmaghrabi received a BS in Accounting and Information Systems from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
