Managing Director
Gerrard Veerman is a Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer for the UK, Middle East and Asia regions.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Veerman worked at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where he was responsible for Compliance coverage of the private funds business in EMEA. He was also Head of Compliance at Lazard & Co., Limited. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Veerman worked at the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers for a number of years.
Mr. Veerman is approved by the FCA as a Senior Manager and has a FINRA Diploma in Compliance, Capital Markets and Regulation and a Certificate in Corporate Finance Regulation awarded by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
