Ginny Kamsky

Senior Advisor

Ginny Kamsky is a Senior Advisor at PJT Partners.

Ms. Kamsky is the CEO of Kamsky Associates, Inc. (KAI), a company which she founded with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and New York City. KAI has been responsible for advising on deals in excess of USD $15 billion for its client base, which includes preeminent companies worldwide across industries, with a focus on financial services and pharmaceuticals. Her firm has provided over 40 years of expertise in China and throughout Asia.

Ms. Kamsky served as Chairman and CEO of China Institute in America for ten years, and served for eight years under a White House appointment in the Pentagon as a member of the US Secretary of the Navy Advisory Panel (SNAP). She currently sits on the boards of Dana Incorporated and Ingram Micro. She serves as the Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Dana and is a member of Dana’s Compensation Committee and of Ingram Micro’s Audit Committee. She is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, including its Committee on Corporate Affairs. She is on the Advisory Board of the US-China Energy & Climate Program at the Columbia University Center on Global Energy Policy and is a member of the Economic Club of New York.

Ms. Kamsky graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a B.A. in East Asian Studies. She attended Princeton’s Graduate School MPA Program at The Woodrow Wilson School for Public and International Affairs where her concentration was economics and statistics. She also served on the East Asian Studies Advisory Board at Princeton and the Board of Princeton-In-Asia.
