Michael Caiati is a Partner and leads PJT Park Hill’s Direct Equity placement business, based in New York, and is focused on raising capital for transactions, assets or to support the formation/growth of a target platform business.
Previously, Mr. Caiati was a senior member of PJT Park Hill’s private equity project management group based in New York for over 15 years. Prior to joining PJT Park Hill in 2005, Mr. Caiati worked at GGCP, a single family office, where he sourced and monitored private equity fund and direct investments.
Mr. Caiati received a BS in Biology from Hobart College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
