Yves Ayache is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in Paris.
Mr. Ayache joined PJT Partners in January 2024 after 30 years at Morgan Stanley in London and Paris, most recently as Vice-Chairman of Investment Banking for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Mr. Ayache has advised Boards, corporates and institutions on a broad array of public and private M&A, restructuring, equity and debt capital markets and financing transactions across of range of sectors including industrials, business services, technology, consumer, retail, power, energy, infrastructure and financial institutions. He was involved in large transactions involving a French company over the last decades with distinct expertise in public M&A.
Mr. Ayache graduated from the ESSEC Business School in Paris and is also a graduate of IHEDN (French war college).
