Establishing PJT Partners as a global firm, trading on the NYSE

On October 1, 2015, we opened new New York City and London headquarters and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Our path was anything but simple – a merger, a spin-off and a start-up all at once.

Scaling with Purpose

PJT Partners evolved – broadening our expertise, strengthening our culture and deepening the advice we deliver to clients.

By July, our team grew to 500 employees worldwide, and on October 1, we completed the acquisition of CamberView Partners to further expand our capabilities.

Defining a New Era of Growth

Even amid a year of global uncertainty, our focus and determination drove meaningful growth and expansion.

We opened our Los Angeles office and closed the year with firmwide revenues surpassing $1 billion.

Expanding Our Footprint

With continued momentum, we strengthened our international presence and deepened our footprint.

In July, we opened our Frankfurt office, followed by Houston.

Building Thought Leadership

The year marked more than expansion – it reflected our ongoing commitment to content and global connectivity.

In September, we opened our Paris office and brought leaders together at our inaugural Women’s Forum and Biopharma Innovators Summit.

Destination for Top Talent

Our growth has always been fueled by attracting top talent.

By July 2023, our team had grown to more than 1,000 employees across the globe.

Connecting More Markets

Our expansion continued across new regions, strengthening our presence in key international markets.

In April 2024, we opened our Tokyo office, followed by Munich in September. The year culminated on October 1, when PJT Partners acquired deNovo Partners, expanding our presence to include offices in Dubai and Riyadh.

Celebrating 10 Years of PJT Partners

Even though we celebrated our tenth year anniversary, we are just getting started. We see tremendous opportunity ahead and we remain determined to capitalize on our enormous potential.
