Ahmed Osman

Ahmed Osman is a Senior Advisor at PJT Partners.

He has over 25 years of Investment Banking experience, 10 of which spent in London and 15 of which spent in the MENA region.

He joined PJT Partners following their acquisition of deNovo Partners in 2024. He was previously a partner at deNovo Partners, having joined the firm in 2012. Prior to joining deNovo Partners, Ahmed was an Executive Director in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) team of Morgan Stanley in London. Ahmed has also worked in the Investment Banking divisions of UBS and Citigroup.

Ahmed was awarded an “Emerging Leader” dealmaker in 2019 by The M&A Advisor.

Ahmed has extensive Investment Banking experience, having advised on c. $100 Billion of successful M&A, debt and equity related transactions. Ahmed has significant MENA M&A experience having worked across a range of transactions, including deals in the FIG, Consumer, Education, Real Estate, Construction, Industrials and Metals and Mining sectors.
