Dennis Neveling

Dennis Neveling is a Managing Director at PJT Camberview, based in New York.

He brings two decades of experience as an institutional investor, providing deep insight into shareholder perspectives on capital allocation, corporate governance, and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining PJT Camberview, Mr. Neveling was a Managing Director and Research Analyst at Lazard Asset Management, where he led global consumer investments and engaged extensively with public company management teams as a long-term shareholder. He served on the Board of Directors of the Lazard Foundation and on the Investor Advisory Committee of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB).

Mr. Neveling is a member of CFA Society New York and the American Council on Germany. He is a CFA® charterholder and is a native German speaker. He earned a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) in Finance and Asset Management from the International School of Management in Dortmund, Germany, including terms at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the European Business School in Madrid.
