Edward Ball

Edward Ball is a Managing Director in the Restructuring & Special Situations Group at PJT Partners, based in London.

Edward joined PJT Partners in 2023 from Lazard, where he was part of the Restructuring & Capital Solutions team. Prior to Lazard, he worked in PwC’s Business Recovery Services team.

Edward has over fourteen years of experience advising large corporates and their creditors on complex restructurings across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.

Edward holds a first-class BA (Hons) in Philosophy & Politics from the University of Manchester and is an Associate Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
