Emmanuel Guillemet

Emmanuel Guillemet is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in Paris.

He joined PJT Partners in September 2022, after more than 15 years of investment banking experience at Rothschild & Co in Paris and Mexico, and at Lazard in Paris. Mr. Guillemet has an extensive experience advising corporates, private equity sponsors, Infrastructure funds, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and public sector clients on complex strategic, M&A and financing transactions. He focuses on the Energy & Infrastructure sectors and has advised on more than 50 completed transactions.

He holds a Master of Science from HEC Paris and a Master of Engineering for IMT Atlantique. Mr. Guillemet is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
