Ethan Ross

Ethan Ross is a Managing Director in the Restructuring and Special Situations Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.

Since joining PJT Partners in 2019, Mr. Ross has advised companies, creditors and sponsors in restructurings, special situations, financings, and mergers and acquisitions across numerous industries, including consumer, retail, healthcare, industrials, aerospace & defense, and media/telecom.

Examples of Mr. Ross’s public assignments include Arsenal Resources, Centric Brands, Constellis, ConvergeOne, Digicel, Endo, Incora, Petmate, Revlon, Saks Global, Tropicana Brands Group, United Site Services, and WeightWatchers. Prior to joining PJT, Mr. Ross worked at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Ross received a JD from Harvard Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He also received a BA in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude.
