Kristin Zimmerman

Kristin Zimmerman is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.

Prior to joining PJT Partners, Ms. Zimmerman spent nearly two decades at Morgan Stanley in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice, based predominantly in New York. Throughout her career, she led the execution of many of the firm’s marquee transactions for its clients globally, focused across the Industrials, Media/Telecom and Healthcare sectors, as well as headed the firm’s SPAC M&A practice. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Kristin worked in private equity based in London.

Kristin sits on the Steering Committee of Women in M&A (“WiMA”). In 2021, she was selected as the first woman to deliver the prestigious keynote address for Tulane’s Corporate Law Institute M&A conference. She also serves as a senior board member of Read Ahead, a non-profit organization geared towards providing mentorship opportunities for underprivileged children in New York City elementary schools, as well as a board member of the Greenwich Symphony Orchestra.

Ms. Zimmerman received a BA in Political Science from North Carolina State University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
