Leone Pattofatto

Leone Pattofatto has over 30 years of experience in both investment banking and executive and non-executive roles with quoted and private companies.

He is the Founder and CEO of Quisque, an advisory boutique and investment holding. Between 2013 and 2018, he was responsible for running and developing the €35bn equity portfolio of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, the national promotion institution. Prior to that, Mr. Pattofatto headed the M&A Division of Credit Suisse and advised important clients of the bank in some of the most relevant transactions in the market. From 1991 to 2005 he held several positions within the M&A and Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in London.

Mr. Pattofatto has been CEO of CDP Reti and Chairman of CDP Equity and F2i, and Vice Chairman of Fondo Italiano di Investimento. He also has held a number of non-executive directorships in public and private companies, including SACE, Saipem, Fincantieri, Fondo Strategico Italiano, Fintecna, Marguerite and European Energy Efficiency Fund.

Mr. Pattofatto graduated with honors in Economic and Social Disciplines.
