Mr. Premont has over 10 years of investment banking experience with a specific focus on the Power, Utility, and Infrastructure sectors. Mr. Premont has advised on a broad range of assignments including public and private M&A, corporate restructurings, strategic alternatives, and capital raising initiatives.
