Mark Costello

Mark Costello is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.

Prior to joining PJT Partners in 2024, Mr. Costello was a Director in the Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan having worked in the TMT and M&A teams in London and New York.

He has advised corporate and private equity clients across a wide range of industry verticals, with a focus on the communication sector. Mr. Costello has worked on an array of strategic transactions including cross border transactions, joint ventures, public company acquisitions and a wide variety of capital markets transactions.

Mr. Costello received a BSc in Physics from the University of Bristol and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
