Oliver Borch

Oliver Borch is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.

Mr. Borch has advised companies and investors across the broader media and technology sectors globally, specialising in consumer internet, online marketplaces and digital media.

Mr. Borch has worked on a variety of public and private M&A transactions, including take-privates, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, cross-border mergers, and strategic acquisitions. He also has experience helping companies raise capital, having worked on several successful equity and debt capital market financings.

Mr. Borch began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he worked for 6 years in its Consumer and Retail Investment Banking group in London.

Mr. Borch holds a bachelors' degree in economics and finance from the University of Exeter.
