Rafael Schnitzler

Rafael Schnitzler is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.

Mr. Schnitzler focuses on a range of industries including clients in communication infrastructure, remoting sensing and select biotech companies.

Prior to joining PJT Partners in 2015, Mr. Schnitzler was a Vice President in the Media and Telecom group at Deutsche Bank. He has more than 10 years of investment banking experience and has worked on a full spectrum of mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, private placements and high profile transactions.

Mr. Schnitzler received an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and a BA in economics from University of California, Davis.
