Shirish Joshi

Shirish Joshi is a Partner focused on Capital Structure, Financing, and Liability Management Advisory in the MENA region, based Riyadh.

Mr. Joshi joined PJT Partners at its inception in 2015 from The Blackstone Group as part of the combination of The Blackstone Group’s advisory businesses and PJT Partners.

Prior to joining The Blackstone Group in 2007, Mr. Joshi worked at Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Joshi began his career in 2000 with the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York.

Mr. Joshi studied finance at the Brigham Young University and law & accounting at the London School of Economics.
