Stephen Fedder

Stephen Fedder is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.

Mr. Fedder has been focused on M&A, shareholder activism and raid defense, most recently as a Managing Director at Evercore. Prior to joining Evercore, he was a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he worked for eight years. Mr. Fedder has extensive experience working with clients across a variety of industries on strategic advisory assignments, including public company mergers and sales, corporate divestitures and special situations.

Mr. Fedder earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from the Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering and is a CFA charterholder.
