Aga Masud is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.
Aga Masud joined PJT Partners in September 2022 after 15 years in Investment Banking. Before joining PJT Aga Masud was Managing Director and Head of EMEA Private Capital Markets team at Bank of America
She spent most of her career at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. Aga Masud joined Merrill Lynch in 2008 in London. After working in the Financial Sponsors and M&A teams, Aga moved to Equity Capital Markets in 2012. Over the following years Agnieszka led a number of high-profile private placements, IPOs, capital raises and worked on more than 50 transactions for a total value of more than €100bn.
Ms. Masud graduated with a MSc in Management, Diplôme Grande Ecole and Diplom-Kauffrau from ESCP Europe.
