Andrew Letts is a Managing Director at PJT Camberview, based in San Francisco.
Mr. Letts has over two decades of corporate governance and financial industry experience and serves as the PJT Camberview industry lead for oil & gas and power & utilities.
Before joining PJT Camberview, Mr. Letts served as Managing Director and Global Head of Corporate Governance for State Street Global Advisors (SSGA). In that role, Mr. Letts was directly responsible for formulating SSGA’s proxy voting policies and the oversight of all proxy voting decisions, issuer engagement, voting operations, proxy research and analysis. Mr. Letts began working at SSGA in 2000 and during that time served as the chair of its Proxy Voting Committee, co-chair of its ESG Working Group and a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Working Group of State Street Corp. Prior to SSGA, he held various operational roles within the Mutual Fund Servicing division of State Street Corp.
He previously has served as a member of the Advisory Board of the Harvard Institutional Investor Forum and the Corporate Governance Advisory Council for the Council of Institutional Investors.
Mr. Letts holds an MBA from Babson College’s Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Roger Williams University.
