Antonin Baladi is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Baladi was Head of Media and Internet Investment Banking for EMEA at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for nine years. Mr. Baladi previously worked at Nomura, Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse. Over the course of his 25-year career, he has led strategic and financial transactions including over $100bn in completed M&A, equity offerings and high yield and investment grade issuance. Mr. Baladi has a DESS in Banking and Finance from the Lumiere Lyon II University and a Masters degree from the Paris Dauphine University.
