Cameron Clough is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.
Mr. Clough joined PJT Partners after a 34-year career at Morgan Stanley, most recently as Vice Chairman of the real estate investment banking group with responsibility for covering key clients in the firm’s global real estate, lodging and gaming strategy advisory practice.
Over his more than three decades of experience, Mr. Clough has advised a broad base of clients on strategic and capital markets initiatives including mergers; take-private transactions; special committee assignments; PIPEs; spin-offs; asset, portfolio and company sales; defenses and subsidiary divestitures.
Mr. Clough received his BS in Electrical Engineering and BA in Economics from Stanford University and his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar, with Distinction.
