Chris Holt

Chris Holt is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York. Mr. Holt has spent over 25 years focused exclusively on the Communications and Communications Technology sectors in operating, consulting, and investment banking roles. Mr. Holt has advised on over $150billion of M&A, equity, and debt transactions with a sole focus in the Communications and Technology sectors.

Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Holt was a Managing Director at Macquarie Capital in New York. He previously worked at Rothschild & Co’s TMT practice in New York as well as Morgan Stanley’s Media and Communications team in New York and London.

Prior to his investment banking career, Mr. Holt spent 4 years at Booz Allen Hamilton, a technology and strategy consulting firm.

Mr. Holt began his career working in engineering and research and development roles in the Network Technology and Communications Protocol Development Division at Comsat Corporation and in the Infrared Astrophysics Directorate at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center.

Mr. Holt received a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters.
