David Wah is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York and San Francisco.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Wah was the Global Head of Investment Banking at Credit Suisse where he spent over thirty years. In addition, he was a member of the operating committee of the Investment Bank and was Head of the Client Advisory group, a group established to work the Investment Bank’s priority corporate clients. Mr. Wah previously served as Global Head of the Technology Group since 2005. He advised on many of the Technology industry's largest IPOs, equity and high yield financings and M&A transactions. Prior to joining First Boston Corporation in 1992, Mr. Wah was a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
Mr. Wah received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. He currently is on the Board of Trustees of Brady United, the largest and longest running organization advocating for gun safety in America.
