Emmanuel Gueroult is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.
Mr. Gueroult joined PJT Partners in March 2017 to create the European Strategic Capital Market Advisory franchise and to also spearhead the development of PJT Partners in France with the opening of a Paris office in 2022. He has advised on a broad array of capital market and M&A transactions from the most complex balance sheet repairs for European corporates and banks to the restructuring of large industrial conglomerates, spin-offs, sub-IPO and pre-IPO anchor investors. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Emmanuel spent most of his career at Morgan Stanley (22 years), most recently as Chairman of Global Capital Markets and Co-Head of of Equity Capital Markets for Europe Middle East and Africa. Mr. Gueroult has personally led more than 100 IPOs.
Mr. Gueroult graduated with an MSc European Studies from the London School of Economics and is also a graduate from the EDHEc Business School.
