Erica Lukoski is a Managing Director of PJT Camberview, based in New York.
Ms. Lukoski joined PJT Partners through the acquisition of CamberView Partners, of which she was a founder, in 2018. She has more than 15 years of shareholder activism, shareholder advisory and financial industry experience, and advises clients navigating complex and contested shareholder matters including all aspects of shareholder engagement, annual meeting preparedness, activism campaigns and proxy fights.
Before joining PJT Camberview, Ms. Lukoski worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Goldman Sachs in New York, where she focused on shareholder activism and complex corporate governance issues. She began her career as an analyst in the Finance and Corporate Legal Group at Goldman Sachs where she worked on the firm’s corporate governance and board matters.
Ms. Lukoski holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Swarthmore College.
