Ernest Ruehl Jr.

Mr. Ruehl joined PJT Partners after spending more than 20 years at Credit Suisse, most recently as a Vice Chairman and Head of the Americas Technology Group. He has over 30 years of experience working with clients in the Technology Sector, with focus on the semiconductor industry. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ruehl has advised on M&A and financing transactions totaling more than $450 billion, including many of the largest M&A, IPO and financing transactions in the global semiconductor industry. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Ruehl worked at Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director, as well as Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney.

Mr. Ruehl graduated with an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a received a Bachelor’s in Economics from Princeton University.
