Igor Kosagovsky is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group based in London.
Prior to joining PJT in 2018, Mr. Kosagovsky spent eight years at J.P. Morgan investment banking division, including various roles across Energy Investment Banking, Equity Capital Markets and M&A advisory teams. Mr. Kosagovsky has extensive strategic advisory and financing experience, having worked on over 30 transactions, including M&A, Debt and Equity Capital Markets, activism defence, strategic and capital structure advisory assignments across a wide range of industries.
Mr. Kosagovsky obtained his BSc in Economics from the Moscow State University and MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
