James Critchley is a Managing Director focused on Healthcare in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.
Prior to joining PJT Partners in 2016, Mr. Critchley was a Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking team at Deutsche Bank, advising pharma, biotech and healthcare services clients across M&A, equity and debt financing transactions. Mr. Critchley started his banking career at Nomura as a pharmaceuticals equity research analyst following completion of the ACA chartered accountancy qualification with Deloitte LLP.
Mr. Critchley received a PhD in Molecular Neurobiology from The National Institute for Medical Research in London, an MSc in Neuroscience from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
