Jessica Kearns is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.
Ms. Kearns joined PJT Partners in June 2015 after spending 18 years at JPMorgan, most recently as the Head of Technology, Media and Telecommunications Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Group. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Ms. Kearns was a Vice President at TD Securities in the Communications Finance Group. She also spent two years as an economic research analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Under her leadership, JPMorgan was the top ranked bookrunner in TMT High Yield Bonds and Leveraged Loans.
Ms. Kearns’ experience includes a broad range of debt transactions including LBOs, mergers, debt-for-debt exchanges, and spin financings.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Blue Engine. Ms. Kearns received a BA from Connecticut College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
