Jim Cuminale is a former Partner and General Counsel at PJT Partners.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Cuminale was the Chief Legal Officer at Nielsen Holdings and also served for over ten years as the Executive Vice President – Corporate Development, General Counsel and Secretary of PanAmSat Corporation and PanAmSat Holding Corporation.
Mr. Cuminale currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Trinity College and the Board of Advisors at Vanderbilt University Law School. He received a BA degree from Trinity College and a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School.
