Johannes Groeller is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.
Mr. Groeller joined PJT Partners in May 2015 after spending more than 20 years in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in London, Frankfurt and New York. At Morgan Stanley he was Co-Head of Investment Banking for Germany and Austria from 2008-2012 and most recently Co-Head of M&A for EMEA. Mr. Groeller has been working as strategic advisor with many of the large German, Austrian and Swiss corporates and with many of the Financial Sponsors active in the region.
During his career, Mr. Groeller has built considerable domain knowledge in healthcare, chemicals and broader industrials with a well-established network of senior decision makers and influencers across Europe.
Mr. Groeller has a master’s degree from University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
