John Warin is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.
Mr. Warin has over 10 years investment banking experience with a specific focus on the Power, Utility, and Infrastructure sectors. Mr. Warin has advised on a broad range of assignments including public and private M&A, corporate restructurings, strategic alternatives, and capital raising efforts for clients. Prior to joining PJT Partners in 2018, he worked in the Power and Utilities Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, John worked at the strategy consulting firm Alliance Consulting Group. Before that, he was a project manager at the construction firm HITT Contracting.
Mr. Warin received a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
