Joseph Terry is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.
Mr. Terry joined PJT Partners in October 2015. He is focused on mergers and acquisitions in the satellite, space, and wireless verticals, as well as the broader media and communications sector. Mr. Terry has worked on a variety of public and private M&A transaction, including cross-border mergers, SPAC transactions, carve-out acquisitions, and take-private transactions. Mr. Terry previously worked at Blackstone and Credit Suisse where his experience included a variety of merger, acquisition, capital markets, and restructuring assignments across the real estate, oil and gas, technology, and communications sectors.
Mr. Terry received a BBA degree from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
