Matthew Slaffer is a Managing Director focused on Financial Sponsor and Fund coverage at PJT Partners, based in London.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Slaffer worked at Blackstone in London for three years and started his career at Lazard in 2006. Mr. Slaffer has previously advised government, corporate, private equity and fund clients on restructuring, M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions across EMEA.
Mr. Slaffer received a BA in Law and Business from the University of Warwick, UK.
