Natalie Fischer is a Managing Director on the Human Resources team at PJT Partners, based in New York.
Ms. Fischer joined PJT Partners from UBS Investment Bank, where she was most recently the Americas Lead Business Partner overseeing the Americas FX, Rates and Credit (FRC) business. Previously, she supported the Investment Banking Division (IBD) business in both the New York and London offices, advising on Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Reward and HR Operations.
Ms. Fischer has a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University.
