Peter Kelly is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, he spent eleven years at J.P. Morgan in the Mergers & Acquisitions group, advising on a variety of transactions across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on the Energy, Infrastructure and broader Industrials sectors. Mr. Kelly sits on the Board of Directors of CitySquash Brooklyn, a youth-focused education and squash program based in the Bronx, as well as the Board of Directors of the Merchants Bank Holding Company, a community bank based in Rugby, North Dakota.
Mr. Kelly received an BA in Politics from Princeton University as well a JD and MBA from Emory University.
