Pierre Bourderye is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.
Prior to joining PJT Partners in 2015, Mr. Bourderye worked at Blackstone and Rothschild with responsibilities in the utilities, power and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Bourderye has over 20 years of experience covering the European market.
Mr. Bourderye has advised corporate and financial sponsor clients on transactions ranging from defense, capital raise, sell and buy-side situation – with a strong focus on the renewable energy sector (independent developers, IPPs, offshore wind projects) including equity and debt financings.
Mr. Bourderye received a Masters Degree from L’Ecole Superieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers (ESSCA).
