Rob Zivnuska

Mr. Zivnuska has more than two decades of corporate governance and financial industry experience and advises clients on all aspects of corporate governance and shareholder engagement with a focus on shareholder activism, crisis situations and executive compensation matters. He serves as PJT Camberview industry lead for technology, real estate, gaming and lodging.

Before joining PJT Camberview, Mr. Zivnuska served as Head of the Americas on the Corporate Governance and Responsible Investment team at BlackRock. In that role, Mr. Zivnuska and his team were responsible for developing corporate governance policy, representing BlackRock in discussions with issuers, clients, and regulators and supporting global corporate governance efforts.

Prior to that, Mr. Zivnuska was a senior counsel in the BlackRock legal and compliance department, where he advised the portfolio management group on governance matters and contributed to the development of novel investment products. Earlier in his career, Mr. Zivnuska was a corporate attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he counseled companies and investors on capital markets transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance issues.

Mr. Zivnuska is a member of the Council of Institutional Investors’ Markets Advisory Council. He holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of California, Davis.
