Steven Murray

Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Murray spent fourteen years at UBS, most recently as Managing Director, Global Head of Compensation and Reward for the Investment Bank and Global Asset Management divisions. In this role, he was responsible for advising all levels of executive management, up to and including Group Executive Board level on reward policies, programs and initiatives, ensuring that compensation and reward was aligned with firm strategy. Prior to the compensation role, Mr. Murray held various senior HR roles in London, Hong Kong and New York, including as head of HR for Investment Banking in Asia Pacific, head of HR for Investment Banking in the Americas and as global head of HR for the COO functions.

Mr. Murray was a member of the Americas Operating Committee and Americas HR Executive Committee. He received an MA in Management Studies from the University of Glasgow.
