Sumer Singh is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Singh spent 11 years at J.P. Morgan, where he was a member of the Oil & Gas Investment Banking team and most recently served as an Executive Director. In this position, Mr. Singh led strategic advisory and capital raising efforts for industry clients with a specific focus on upstream independents and integrated oil & gas companies. Mr. Singh’s advisory experience encompasses M&A&D, assessment of strategic alternatives, corporate separations and defense, as well as extensive capital raising experience in both public and private markets including debt, equity and structured finance.
Mr. Singh graduated from The University of Oxford – St. Catherine’s College with a M.Eng. in Materials Science.
